Breaking Barriers Fitness, LLC believes that the body is the temple of the soul. Our philosophy is in order to improve and live healthier lifestyles externally, we must examine our current lifestyle and mindset, create realistic goals, and consistently nurture our body internally, to obtain external results. To support this philosophy, Fitness Coach Tina R. F. Jones partners with individuals to help them break barriers and enhance lifestyles through her expertise as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, Health Coach, Precision Nutrition Coach, ACE Weight Management Specialist, Functional Aging Fitness Specialist, and Certified Stretch Specialist.

I began my journey with Coach Tina in 2015 as my personal trainer. I struggled with exercise and had limitations, so she created a plan that ensured I was successful. No matter your skill level, she is patient and committed.

Tina from Breaking Barriers Fitness trained me for 3 months in preparation of my wedding. Tina was a great trainer. She built me a routine that set me up for success. I was able to get rid of some excess weight and even noticed a huge increase in my energy levels.
