SMALL GROUP FITNESS
A team of 2 to 10 individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle in the sport of life through exercise techniques groomed to improve each participants mental and fitness acumen, while contributing towards a team building environment. Couples are encouraged to participate in this program.
Breaking Barriers Fitness has designed a nutrition program structured to provide knowledge and guidance on understanding food types and nutrient content, tracking nutrient intake, and the impact of nutrition on weight and overall health. This program used in conjunction with a dedicated exercise regimen promotes increase energy, reduce or prevent diseases, improve overall well-being, and much more.
